Omni Glass & Paint, Inc.'s glass division will install aluminum storefronts, curtain wall, doors and aluminum windows as part of the $6.7 million, three-story addition at Madison County Day School in Waunakee. Omni's glass division will also be part of the renovation at the YMCA in downtown Green Bay, including repairs to the façade and infrastructure as well as renovations to the equipment and program facilities. e $12 million project is expected to be complete by spring 2017. Faith Technologies is partnering with Manhattan Redstone, a joint venture between Manhattan Construction Group and RedStone Construction, to complete the River Spirit Casino Resort in Tulsa, Okla. Faith Technologies' scope of work includes LED lighting in public areas and the installation of fire alarm systems, security, public address and access control systems. e Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority assisted the expansion of Nueske's Applewood Smoked Meats in Wittenberg with $11.5 million in New Markets Tax Credits and $2 million in a participation loan for the 110,000 square-foot project, expected to create 66 new jobs. Keller Inc., Planners, Architects and Builders renovated the Genesis Club in Appleton by demolishing an existing concrete stair entrance and replacing it with a wood structure with composite decking. Keller is also renovating Moto Mart's interior at 303 W. Main St., Little Chute. e renovation completes the transition to the Moto Mart brand. First Bank Financial Centre opened a mortgage lending office in Appleton. Jagemann Sporting Group added Black Hills Shooters Supply as a distributor of OEM Jagemann Brass. ThedaCare expanded the SANE (Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner) program at edaCare Regional Medical Center-Appleton to offer more comprehensive coverage for victims. Appleton Medical Center has become ThedaCare Regional Medical Center. e new name is part of an organization-wide rebranding effort that was announced two years ago so all locations throughout Wisconsin are identified with the same name. Hoffman Planning, Design & Construction, Inc., is helping expand e Renaissance Center in Oshkosh with the renovation of a 1,400 square- foot second floor space that will add three new procedure rooms and an office. YWCA Child Care and Learning Center in Green Bay earned accreditation from the National Association for the Education of Young Children. NeighborWorks Green Bay expanded its homebuyer education and counseling services to include additional sessions of its in-house homebuyer education workshops, as well as more intensively marketing services in underserved areas of Wisconsin.
