Since January of 2011, Cheryl has lost 31 pounds and lowered her cholesterol more than 30 points. "The Executive Edge competition has changed the way I live my life. STAY IN MOTION The 2012 Executive Edge introduced two special evenings designed especially for the Executive Edge participants. In February all participants and their guests were invited to a complimentary social hour, healthy dinner hosted by Prevea Health. A special presentation by Prevea Orthopedic Surgeon, Dr. Padraic Obma provided insights on "Keeping Your Body In Motion." Networking, socializing and wellness education high- lighted the evening.
