One Menasha Center buzzed with activity in November as construction crews finished up the building's steel framework and turned their attention to installing the internal systems that will make it truly functional when it opens its doors to the companies that will call it home. e tower, which emerged from the site where the former Menasha Hotel and First National Bank buildings once stood, comes aer several years of relative quiet in terms of construction for Menasha, which had not seen a major economic development project since the Marina Place project in 2003. e $12.6 million, 115,000-square-foot office tower is expected to help change all of that. Once constructed, the building will anchor the new headquarters complex of Faith Technologies, bringing more than 300 employees to the downtown area, with a corresponding boost of nearly $18 million in wages.
