Admiral Asset Management LLC, a registered investment advisor and subsidiary of Baylake Corp., announced the appointment of Megan Heintzkill, certified financial planner, as director of financial planning. Heintzkill joined Admiral with over 15 years of investment management experience. Randy Van Straten of Bellin Health and Mark Rourke of Schneider were named to the board of directors of New North Inc. Additionally, Tim Schneider, chief executive officer of Investors Community Bank, Manitowoc, has been named as treasurer of New North Inc. Fox Communities Credit Union added Chris Blajeski as a consumer loan officer. First National Bank–Fox Valley announced the promotions of Heather Bytof to customer care banker lead, Beth Meisel to retail operations specialist and Rebekah Baker to mortgage and consumer loan assistant. Laminations, part of Great Northern Corporation's Specialty Group, announced Todd Hainer and Aaron Sass have both accepted new positions inside the company.
