With a Masters Degree in Applied Leadership, he'll share his insights on team cohesiveness, employee engagement and leadership concepts used by one of the most successful football organizations, the Green Bay Packers. His interactive program will be both entertaining as well as informative offering skills and exercises that can be used in every organization. Rob enters his seventh year as the team's Director of Player Engagement. Previously he played 11 seasons as the Packers' long snapper before retiring in 2008. Rob was offered his new position with the Packers by Ted Thompson in 2008. He recently developed a program for at-risk youth called The Culture. The program works with area school districts and their at-risk students through hands-on programs customized for the students. Rob resides in De Pere with his wife Tara and their two children and enjoys making an impact in the community.
