Loden has been the executive director of Progress Lakeshore since November 2010. In her new role, Loden will work on a variety of New North projects, including the defense industry initiative. She has been a member of the New North board of directors since 2011. Waupaca Foundry named Roland (Rob) Johnson chief financial officer and vice president of finance. Johnson succeeds Michael Pawielski, who retired. A Waupaca native, Johnson has been employed at Waupaca Foundry since 2002. e Experimental Aircra Association announced a pair of additions at its Oshkosh headquarters: Erin Brueggen, executive administrator, Vintage Aircra Association; and Carleen Murphy, legal assistant. Maria Nelson of Red Shoes PR, Inc., a northeast Wisconsin public relations agency, has been promoted from senior account executive to a new role as account director. Monica Hilt was named president for St. Elizabeth Hospital and regional vice president for Ministry Health Care's Eastern Region. Hilt will be responsible for St. Elizabeth Hospital in Appleton, St. Elizabeth Hospital Foundation, Mercy Medical Center in Oshkosh, Mercy Health Foundation and Calumet Medical Center in Chilton. Hilt previously served as regional vice president of Ministry's Northern Region. Ann Zenk, currently vice president of Patient Care Services for Sacred Heart-Saint Mary's Hospitals in Tomahawk and Rhinelander, will fill that role on an interim basis. e Manitowoc Company announced several management team transitions in line with the company's long-term succession planning process: Eric Etchart moves to a new role as senior vice president, business development; Larry Weyers will succeed Etchart as president of Manitowoc Cranes; Mark Beffel, vice president, operational excellence, retired effective Feb. 2; and Josef Matosevic will succeed Beffel, taking on the role of senior vice president of global operational excellence. SECURA Insurance promoted Dom Mongarella to director– risk management. Mongarella joined SECURA in 2011 as a risk management consultant and was promoted in March 2013 to supervisor. Pete Helein, former Appleton chief of police, begins a new career at Goodwill Industries of North Central Wisconsin in a two-pronged position, overseeing the organization's Circles of Care program, and building and overseeing the organization's Goodwill University program. Rev. Dottie Mathews, organizational chaplain, who currently oversees the Circles of Care team, has announced plans to retire in July 2015. Blue Harbor Resort & Spa announced the promotion of David Sanderson, vice president and general manager of Blue Harbor Resort, along with additional responsibilities as president of Garland Lodge and Golf Resort Northern Michigan. He will continue to be based in Sheboygan. e resort also announced the promotion of John Klemme from director of sales to assistant general manager; the appointment of Susan Engler as director of group sales; and the promotion of Laurie Hobbs, who will lead sales and marketing efforts for the property.
