Faith Technologies announced the addition of Julie Piton as chief financial officer and Jim Totzke as executive vice president- operations. Appvion, Inc. announced several new appointments: Ethan Haas, vice president and general manager of the company's carbonless and specialty papers business; Matt Denton, senior vice president and general manager of the company's carbonless and security papers business; and Jason Schulist, vice president of continuous improvement. e board of directors of Bemis Company, Inc. elected William F. Austen president and chief executive officer. Austen succeeds Henry J. eisen, who will continue as executive chairman until his planned retirement at the 2015 annual meeting. In addition, Austen has been elected to the Bemis board of directors. Independent Printing Company announced John Kluth as chief financial officer. New Horizons of Wisconsin promoted Sheila Jilot as the company's first director of operations. Cherney Microbiological Services, Ltd. added Andrea Michaud as sample prep/sample entry department leader. Tweet/Garot Mechanical added Ryan Macario as a project manager in the HVAC Department in the Green Bay Office. e Green Bay Area Chamber of Commerce issued Champion of Commerce Awards for 2014 to the following legislators: Sen. Rob Cowles, Sen. Frank Lasee, Rep. Garey Bies, Rep. John Klenke, Rep. Jim Steineke, Rep. Gary Tauchen and Rep. Chad Weininger. e new award recognizes state legislators who represent Brown County for voting to support the chamber's 2013-14 legislative agenda. Davidson Law Office, LLP added Greg Vanevenhoven as an attorney. Chad Dercks earned his Professional Engineering registration from the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services.
