(#) 3 Lasting change… …takes collaboration, creativity and commitment. Since 1986, the U.S. Venture Open has been bringing together thousands of golfers, volunteers, vendors, donors, foundations and nonprofits to benefit the U.S. Venture Fund for Basic Needs – a truly unique collaboration we call the Basic Needs Giving Partnership. The U.S. Venture Open is not a run-of-the-mill golf outing. From premium gifts to great food to an exceptional guest of honor, we pull out all the stops to give attendees an unforgettable experience. Likewise, our nonprofit partners are out-of-the-box thinkers providing creative solutions to fighting poverty at its roots. In 2007, we were joined by the J. J. Keller Foundation, who has since matched $5.1 million of our annual grantmaking budget and has made a commitment of another $800,000 in 2014. Read on to learn more about how this important partnership is working to help people help themselves in Northeast Wisconsin. We are grateful to all of you who partner with us. We can affect so much more real change when we stand strong together.
