Road Racing at Road America Site of international motor- sports events. Over four hundred events are held each year at Road America, often running multiple activities on the same day incorporating the four mile track, interior Blain's Farm & Fleet Motorplex and scenic property. Major race weekends attract visitors from every corner of the world to experience the thrill of motorcycle, vintage automobile and sports car racing at its best! Farmers & Artisans Market Held every Saturday morning from June through mid-October in downtown Elkhart Lake at the Historic Railroad Depot. Offering fresh seasonal produce, antiques, original arts and crafts. Wade House State Historic Site Hearthside Dinners, Base Ball Sundays, Day Camps, Annual Arts and Craft Fair, and the Civil War Weekend are among the annual activities held at Wade House in nearby Greenbush. Elkhart Lake Triathlon Compete with (or observe) hundreds of well-trained athletes at Elkhart Lake's annual triathlon. The June event features the Olympic Triathlon and the Sprint Triathlon. Independence Day Celebration This 3-day family event features music, children's games, food and refreshments at Fireman's Park. Fireworks display on Friday evening. Parade on Sunday at 11:30 am. Downtown Night. A Taste of Elkhart Lake A fun-filled mid-August evening. Get a taste of Elkhart Lake by trying restaurant favorites served all evening long. Event runs from 5 - 9:30 pm.
