Matt Winters was hired as executive chef at the Waterfront hotel and Convention Center in Oshkosh. Winters has more than 30 years of experience in the industry. new hope Center Inc. of Chilton hired Kymberley Pekrul as director of development and marketing. she has more than 30 years of development, marketing and management experience. Dr. Gregory Rypel was hired as a BayCare Clinic anesthesiologist to provide services at Aurora BayCare Medical Center and Aurora BayCare health Center in green Bay. Dr. Andrew Pahl was hired at edaCare Physicians-shawano. he specializes in cardiology, ischemic heart disease, diabetes management and geriatrics. Dr. Jason Przybylo, a neurosurgeon at Froedtert hospital and the Medical College of Wisconsin, was hired at Agnesian healthCare to provide services at the Fond du Lac Regional Clinic. Eric Etchart, president of Manitowoc Cranes, was elected director of the CE sector Board of the Association of Equipment Manufacturers, which is a north America-based international trade group for the off-road equipment manufacturing industry. AsPIRO of green Bay named four new members to its board of directors: Jeff Blumb, partner at nation Consulting; Tom Decker, controller for the Belson Co.; Bret Liebmann, partner at Lin.Liebmann.Wied LLC and Mark Weber, dean of trades and engineering technologies at northeast Wisconsin technical College. Each will run a three-year term.
