Board of Directors to be its executive vice president and chief operating officer. Austen previously served as group president of Bemis Company. Scott B. Ullem resigned as Bemis Company Inc.'s vice president and chief financial officer to pursue other professional opportunities. He will continue as an employee through the end of the year to provide a smooth leadership transition. Scott Moseley was promoted to president/chief operating officer at the Community Bank and Trust in Sheboygan. He has more than 18 years of experience in the Illinois, Iowa and Wisconsin markets. Peter Romenesko was promoted as Breakthrough Fuel's director of energy solutions for the transportation energy advisory firm. He is responsible for managing the end-to-end fuel management strategies for clients. Dan Siebers and Kip Golden joined the UW-Fox Valley Foundation Inc. Board of Directors. Siebers is the vice president of construction services for Faith Technologies and has more than 28 of experience in the electrical construction industry. Golden is the vice president of commercial business development at Miron Construction Co. Inc. and has more than 20 years of construction and sales experience. Michael R. Hilt was hired as vice president of commercial banking at US Bank in Appleton. Hilt has more than 20 years of banking experience. The Oshkosh Chamber of Commerce recognized the following people for their commitment to the community during the 106th annual meeting and recognition program: Glenn Curran won the Alberta Kimball Community Service award for starting Battle on Bago in 2007 and raised nearly $500,000 in six years. David Albrecht won the Horizon Award with his focus on making Winnebago County a better place to live. He serves as chairman of the Winnebago County Board. Stew Rieckman won the Lynne Webster Leadership Award for his work as general manager of the Oshkosh Northwestern newspaper, from which he recently retired. Beth Wyman won the Stephen Mosling Commitment to Education award for starting the Oshkosh4Education project. Nick Behnke was named Outstanding Chamber Volunteer with his 13 years with the Oshkosh Chamber as a Chamber Ambassador. Petra Roter won the Woman of Achievement honor for her work as UW-Oshkosh's vice chancellor for student affairs. Mary Beth Leopold was hired as Rebuilding Together Fox Valley's executive director. Leopold is the former executive director at the Manitowish Waters Chamber of Commerce. Kate Dugan, the former executive director, announced her retirement after five years with Rebuilding Together. Super Lawyers magazine listed Stellpflug Law, S.C. Attorney John D'Angelo as one of the up-andcoming attorneys in criminal defense on the Wisconsin Rising Stars 2013 list. Attorney Christina Peterson was listed as a top upand-coming attorney in business litigation.
