The ability to overcome obstacles, establish and maintain vendor relationships, and conceptualize solutions to problems. Also, seeing the finished product in the marketplace is gratifying. What kind of school, classes or training do you have? I completed college courses in packaging, marketing, management, accounting and various analytical courses that provided insight to business careers. I provide project identification, concept development, estimates, designs and control the financial/scope/schedule. I manage projects, assist others on their projects, work with vendors and equipment manufacturers, modify layouts and equipment drawings, research topics, gather and compile data and try to provide the most effective solutions. What kind of school, classes or training do you have? My associate degree in electro-mechanical technology through Lakeshore Technical College gave me a great base for working in manufacturing. My experience in the plant is invaluable; it has helped to provide the experience I need to relate to my customers and understand new processes.
