in foc us on the move Bykowski Miller Catlin Little Ihde Gunderson John Bykowski, CEO of Secura Insurance in Appleton, is the recipient of The National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies' 2013 Chairman's Award. Bykowski worked in the property/casualty insurance industry for 40 years. Secura recently promoted Steve Miller to vice president of commercial lines underwriting. Miller was Secura's director of commercial lines underwriting. Mark Catlin, J. J. Keller & Associates Inc.'s channel partner sales manager, will retire in January after 32 years with the company. Catlin started in customer service. J. J. Keller also announced three new hires: Tim Little, vice president of manufacturing and supply chain, who has more than 20 years of operational experience, including 14 years at Miles Kimball Company; Shaun Gunderson, vice president of managed services, who has 12 years of operations and project management experience; and Lisa Karpinski, vice president of marketing, who has more than 25 years of progressive marketing experience. Ron Harder, retired president and CEO of Jewelers Mutual Insurance Company, was inducted into the Wisconsin Jewelers Association's Hall of Fame. Harder was the president and CEO of Jewelers Mutual for 25 years and remains an active member of the community in Neenah. Larry Trucco is the new owner of High Cliff Restaurant Banquet and Catering in Sherwood. Trucco became a full-time general manager for High Cliff Restaurant in 2010 and has more than a decade of experience with Bergstrom Hotels. He is the former president of the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers.
