The building project, which broke ground in September 2012, relocated Wells' office employees from facilities on Brooke and Division streets to a new facility adjacent to the company's existing manufacturing plant on Rolling Meadows Drive. The 64,000-square-foot addition increases Wells' Fond du Lac-based manufacturing space by nearly 40 percent and features engineering labs, test labs, a state-of-the-art automotive tech garage, a tool room to support new product development and a home for corporate employee offices.
