Community Clinic »Community Clinic »Healthcare for the Homeless »Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Fluoride Varnish & Education The Community Clinic and Healthcare for the Homeless Programs provide a range of professional healthcare services to uninsured, underinsured and homeless individuals. The WIC Fluoride Varnish & Education Program provides WIC children with topical fluoride treatments and their mothers receive oral health education – thereby promoting good oral health and ultimately preventing early tooth decay. New Community Shelter, Inc. »Emergency Shelter Program This program provides shelter to homeless individuals; upon entering the shelter, every person is expected to be sober and free from the influence of drugs and alcohol. The Emergency Shelter Program has 24/7 staff support and provides professional case management, supportive services, education and help connecting residents to any services they need to get back on their feet and be successful. Curative Rehabilitation, Inc. »Adult Daycare »Life Skills Literacy The Adult Daycare Program provides personal care to individuals with Dementia, as needed all day long, including activities such as bathing, nursing, transportation, nutrition and case management. Life Skills Literacy is a goal-directed educational program designed to maximize participants' independence and vocational preparation. The program assists individuals at all levels, from basic reading skills to specific skills needed to qualify for a job promotion or prepare for their GED/HSED. The Salvation Army of Brown County »Emergency Assistance / Basic Needs The Emergency Assistance / Basic Needs Program offers community-based assistance, including but not limited to food pantry items, thrift store vouchers, rental assistance, short-term emergency shelter, personal hygiene kits, meal program access, bus tokens, prescription assistance and vouchers for utility bills.
