Dan Clark was named chief financial officer of Lake Air, which includes operations in Little Chute. Delaware North Sportservice, the hospitality partner of the Green Bay Packers, named Heath Barbato general manager of its operations at Lambeau Field, including several associated restaurants and operations in the team's Titletown development. Barbara Koldos joined New North, Inc. as vice president of business development. Joseph Webb joined St. Norbert College as vice president for student affairs. Ken Mulliken was named vice president for academic affairs at Marian University. Lamarr Banks joined the Greater Green Bay Chamber as Urban Hub community manager. Cam Leung joined the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers as production manager. Melissa Neeb joined Abacus Architects as an accountant, and Justin Marquis was promoted to principal. Terri Blahnik joined Element as art director. Mike Daniels was named president and CEO, and Bob Atwell was named executive chairman. At the operating company, Nicolet National Bank, Atwell will continue as chairman, and Daniels will continue as president and CEO, a leadership structure that has been in place since 2015. "Bob and I have always played to our strengths, not our job titles, which is a benefit of our unique partnership as entrepreneurial founders of Nicolet. We don't see this title change as a new chapter. While we are mindful of succession planning, we view it as a process, not an event," Daniels said. "Over the years, we have been intentional about finding and nurturing talent at all levels of the organization.
