Joaquín Altoro, CEO of the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority, was appointed to serve on the Consumer Advisory Board of the U.S. Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Bill Censky, co-founder and former president, CEO and chairman of the board of Investors Community Bank, stepped down from his position as chairman of the board.
