Kelly, president and CEO of United Way Fox Cities, will retire effective in May after serving 23 years in the position. During Kelly's tenure, he played a critical role in transforming the organization to a community impact model: focusing collective action on establishing goals, identifying strategies, measuring outcomes and mobilizing the resources (people and financial) to find and deliver solutions to the community's most pressing challenges. In the process, he served as a champion for establishing new partnerships and signature United Way programs serving needs unmet by other community services, which include United Way's 2-1-1, the Fox Cities Diaper Bank and PATH (Providing Access to Healing) for Students. NEW HIRES Lakeland University promoted Beth Borgen, executive vice president, to be the school's next president. When she assumes the role in spring, she'll become the first female to lead the school in its 158-year history. Steffen Schewerda will become the CEO North America of the Aebi Schmidt Group as of Jan. 1. He will be responsible for all North American sales and production sites from Aebi's offices in Chilton. Mary Alma Noonan joined Lawrence University as vice president for finance and administration. Matthew Valiquette has been appointed the executive director of Bay Area Workforce Development Board beginning Jan. 2. Greg Giles was named executive director of the University of Wisconsin- Oshkosh Foundation. Todd Shankland was named chief financial officer of Fehr Graham. Steve Generis joined Fox Communities Credit Union as vice president of retail lending service and sales. Kevin Gannon joined Cornerstone Business Services as vice president. Jessica Franco- Morales was named diversity, equity and inclusion career coach at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. Barb Tengesdahl was named interim director of First Five Fox Valley. Physician Jacob Meyer joined Bellin Health Ashwaubenon. Cathy Hendricks joined Red Shoes Inc. as business development manager. Reset.Life debuted weHub, an online business directory and resource hub for enterprising women. Michelle Madl- Soehren, weHub's creator, joined Reset. Life as managing director. Meghan Murphy joined Element as account strategist. Michael Reed joined Ledgeview Partners as an account executive.
