Your journey may be the place where you work or volunteer your time. As you interact, you impact the people around you and conversely are impacted by them. Back and forth, these interactions lead to good and bad experiences that shape the culture around you. We use the term "shadow you cast" to call to mind the people you influence at work. To help drive the culture you want, think about the behaviors and attitudes that you would like others to emulate. What positive and negative shadows are you casting that support that behavior? As Mahatma Gandhi said, "be the change you want to see in the world." Consider your daily interactions and the shadow you cast as a leader, an employee and a volunteer. Oen, the HR team is expected to set the example for the rest of the organization. is issue highlights a variety of culture messages to help you on your journey.
