Erik Shelton was promoted to vice president of operations at O'Neil & Associates. Paul Eggers was named vice president for enrollment management at Marian University. Schachtner began his career at Somerville in 1998 as a designer and rose through the ranks as a senior project architect and director of design, serving on Somerville's board of directors and being named to the executive committee in 2014. In addition to Schachtner's promotion, Jay Vincent was promoted to executive vice president, and Matthew Honold was promoted to project architect.
