Martin and Son looks to develop Shopko property H.J. Martin and Son purchased the original Shopko store property on Military Avenue in Green Bay. e specialty contractor's headquarters and showroom is located next to the property. "Military Avenue has been the home of H.J. Martin and Son for 60 years. It is our great pleasure to invest back into an area of Green Bay that we believe in and which has been so good to us," Edward Martin, president and CEO of H.J. Martin and Son, said in a news release. e 8.362-acre, L-shape property includes the vacant, single-story former Shopko store and Superior Discount Liquors. Shopko was at the location for 57 years until it closed last April. H.J. Martin and Son also bought the former Bay City Chrysler dealership building, where Bay Area Diamond Company is now located. UWGB, Oshkosh to offer online cybersecurity degree e University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, UW-Green Bay and several other UW System schools will soon offer a new online Master of Science degree in cybersecurity. e UW System Board of Regents recently approved the new 12-course, 34-credit online degree as a collaboration between the UW System Extended Campus, UW-Oshkosh, UW-Green Bay, UW-La Crosse, UW-Parkside, UW-Platteville, UW-River Falls, UW-Stevens Point and UW-Superior. e degree will feature four unique tracks of study, allowing students to focus their education in one or more D O Y O U H AV E T I M E TO M A N A G E Y O U R F L E E T ?
