In this newly-created position, Linzmeyer guides the health care organization���s sustainability initiatives. He comes to ThedaCare from ISO International LLC, a sustainability consulting firm he co-founded. Prior to that, he was president of Bay Towel in Green Bay and led companies in San Francisco, Chicago and Denver. ThedaCare also promoted Dan Collins to director of quality, supporting the improvement efforts and strategic plans for the physician services unit. He works out of ThedaCare���s Quality Department and leads efforts to continue the health system���s strong quality performance measures in chronic disease and preventative care. He has been with ThedaCare since 1997 in numerous roles, most recently as the cardiovascular system value stream director. Drs. Tom Wiltzius and Gail Wise formed enVision Performance Solutions LLC, a new executive consulting practice focused on leadership development and executive team performance. Wiltzius lives in Greenville and serves on boards for the New North Inc. and Goodwill of North Central Wisconsin. Wise lives in Oshkosh and is active in several professional organizations. Schenck S.C. recently named three new shareholders: Mark DeBroux, a member of the health services team; Steve Franke, co-leader of the real estate and construction team and a member of the manufacturing team; and Lonnie Hampton, the international tax team leader. Tanya Townsend, the system���s chief information officer, received her professional certification from the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives while Jamie Babbits, executive director of the system���s women���s and children���s services, became a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, a national society for health care members. Convergent Marketing of Appleton added Anne-Marie Werner as a senior strategist. She has more than 15 years of business-to-business and consumer marketing experience with Fortune 500 and small and medium businesses. Scott Teerlinck is the new president of Werner Electric Supply of Wisconsin. He brings 18 years of industry experience to his new role at the Neenah-based company. IEI General Contractors in De Pere elected its board of directors for 2013: chairman, Michael Johnson; president, Chris Berg; vice president, Rick Geurts; and secretary and treasurer, Brad Deprez. Freedom-based LongVans recently hired and promoted several employees. Stacy Simpson was promoted to customer care manager, Melissa Reese was promoted to accounting and finance manager, Jill Fickel was promoted to human resources supervisor and Sam Melzer was promoted to business development representative ��� Fox Valley. The University of WisconsinFox Valley Foundation Inc. announced its 2012-13 board officers: president, Barbara Kelly; vice president, Gail Enke of Johnson Bank; secretary, Dean Martin Rudd of UW-Fox; treasurer, Jane Chaganos; and past board president, Steve Seifert of Silton Seifert Carlson law firm. Tina Bettin, a nurse practitioner at ThedaCare Physicians-Manawa, received the 2013 American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Nurse Practitioner State Award for Excellence. Bettin will be recognized in June at the 2013 AANP National Conference in Las Vegas. Ahern promoted Brandon Poehlein to senior department manager of the special hazards group. He joined the Fond du Lac company in 2006 as a field engineering technician and most recently served as a site superintendent. Ahern also promoted Tyler Gumm to tools and equipment shop manager.
