CONVERTING TECHNOLOGY EVENT SLATED FOR DEC. 10 AT FVTC The Wisconsin Converting Industry, in conjunction with Fox Valley Technical College, will host a half-day event Dec. 10 at the D.J. Bordini Center on the FVTC campus in Appleton. It will focus on emerging efficiency developments and seamless and automated processing. The event will include introduction of an industry leadership team whose goal is to advance the industry with news of emerging technologies and greater efficiency. Participating companies represent various aspects of converting, from coating and laminating to f lexographic roll printing, packaging and production of many paper, film and related products made across the state. The event begins with networking at 9:30 a.m., followed by the program and lunch. After lunch, a tour of the FVTC print center is offered. The registration cost is $30.
