It's fascinating to watch the parents. They are hesitant to help because they might not know what to do, but they are growing as well." – Nick Ruzek, vice president, Lakeshore FIRST Robotics different age groups, with the youngest starting with Junior FIRST Lego League and the oldest participating in FIRST Robotics competitions. "It's fascinating to see how ready they are to receive the information. It's obviously helpful to have the young age levels. You also find there's a lot of growth from the top down; it's very exciting for the little kids," Ruzek says. As with other areas of technology, boys outnumber girls, but Ruzek says Lakeshore FIRST Robotics is seeking ways to close the gap. "We're always trying to come up with new ways to develop that," he says. "We're working to develop good female role models." VERSION 1 " The illiterate of the 21st century will be those who cannot . . . learn, unlearn, and relearn." These words of Alvin Toffler are echoed by other experts who know that often the hardest part of learning is unlearning — especially in today's data-saturated world. Why unlearn? Because if we can't unlearn, we can't learn. If we can't learn, we can't grow. And if we can't grow, we won't become the individuals and organizations we aspire to become. We invite you to experience the potential of belonging to a small group of trusted women and men who seek to learn, unlearn and relearn from each other — all so they can positively impact their personal and professional lives. And we will treat you to breakfast! The purpose of this no-pressure event is to help you discover whether it makes sense for you to join 550 of Wisconsin's top leaders in taking advantage of this powerful "secret weapon" known as Executive Agenda.
