Manufacturing First to feature special Kohler presentation David Kohler, president and CEO of the Kohler Co., will make a special presentation at the Manufacturing First Conference & Expo on Oct. 30 at the KI Center in Green Bay. His presentation, "145 Years of Manufacturing and Innovation," will look at the evolution of manufacturing throughout the history of the Kohler Co. and the vital role it plays in the company's continuing growth and sustained success. Kohler also will discuss how the global business is addressing topics such as growing a skilled workforce, increasing access to safe water and reducing energy and resource consumption. Kohler will talk prior to keynote speaker Mike Staver, author of "Leadership Isn't for Cowards." In addition, he will address high school students who are invited to the event to learn more about manufacturing careers.
