Seeboth serves freshly sliced, roasted
meats kept warm and hand-sliced to order.
Everything on the menu is made from
scratch, from sauces to soups and salads to
sweet bakery treats.

Sheboygan County Economic Development
Corp., says Seeboth's pastrami is not to be
missed. You can get the pastrami sandwich
topped with mustard and provolone
for $12.75. Other favorites include the
Southwest Turkey Wrap with smoked bacon,
creamy avocado and chipotle dressing for
$9.95, and the Grilled Vegetable Sandwich
with portabella mushrooms, eggplant,
peppers, onions and herbed goat cheese
for $9.25. All sandwiches are served with
homemade potato chips.
Seeboth's cozy, casual atmosphere and
comfort food menu make for an inviting
place to linger. It offers dine-in, carry-out,
delivery and catering options as well as doing
a brisk grab-and-go business. Whenever its
homemade pot pie is available, it's guaranteed
to go quickly, owner Gwen Seeboth says.

Sheboygan. It sits blocks from the innovation
district that will inhabit the city center.
